1. Return & Exchange Window
Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be unwashed
- Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, or odors
- Have original tags intact
- Be returned in original packaging
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Mahzarish reserves the right to reject items that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Promotional or clearance items
- Customized or altered products
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to:
- Stock availability
- Successful inspection of returned item
If the requested replacement is unavailable, Mahzarish may offer:
- Store credit
- Alternative product of equivalent value
- Refund (where applicable)
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the price difference.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
- The product is defective upon delivery
- An incorrect item was dispatched
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
Refunds may be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Store credit
Cash refunds are not provided for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact Mahzarish through official support channels.
- Provide your order number.
- Share clear images of the product.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the return is approved due to defect or incorrect dispatch.
Mahzarish is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Customers are advised to use a traceable courier service.
8. Reporting Defective or Incorrect Items
Claims for defective or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Orders
Orders refused at the time of delivery or left unclaimed are not eligible for refund.
Re-shipping, if requested, will require advance payment of delivery charges.
10. Final Decision
All return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to review and approval based on this policy.
Mahzarish’s decision after inspection shall be considered final in accordance with the stated eligibility criteria.

Mahzarish reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of order placement shall apply.
