Cash on Delivery Policy
This policy outlines the terms related to order processing, shipping, delivery, and Cash on Delivery (COD) services offered by Mahzarish.
1. Shipping Coverage
Mahzarish™ currently ships within Pakistan only.
Shipping availability depends on courier service coverage in your area. We reserve the right to limit delivery to certain locations based on operational feasibility.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, slight processing delays may occur.
Dispatch confirmation may include tracking details where available.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier operations
- Weather conditions
- Regional disruptions
- High-volume periods
Mahzarish is not liable for delays beyond reasonable operational control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Additional delivery or COD-related charges (if any) will be communicated before dispatch.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Service
5.1 Availability
COD is available in selected areas across Pakistan, subject to courier coverage and order verification.
Mahzarish reserves the right to disable COD for specific orders, customers, or locations where deemed necessary.
5.2 Order Verification
To prevent misuse:
- COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation.
- Orders that fail verification may be automatically cancelled.
- Incorrect or incomplete contact information may result in cancellation.
5.3 Payment at Delivery
Customers must pay the full invoice amount in cash at the time of delivery.
Partial payments are not permitted.
6. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept parcel
- Non-payment
The parcel may be returned to Mahzarish.
In such cases:
- Re-shipping will require advance payment of delivery charges.
- Refused or unclaimed parcels are not eligible for refund.
- Mahzarish may restrict future COD access for repeated non-acceptance.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Address changes are only possible before dispatch.
Mahzarish is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If a parcel appears damaged upon delivery:
- Notify us within 48 hours.
- Provide clear photographic evidence.
If a shipment is lost in transit, Mahzarish will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation and resolution.
Final decisions in such cases shall be based on courier verification and investigation outcome.
9. Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
10. Policy Updates
Mahzarish reserves the right to update this Shipping & COD Policy at any time. The version active at the time of order placement shall apply.
