Yes. All online payments are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway. Mahzarish does not store or have direct access to your card details.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location within Pakistan.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
To request cancellation, please contact us via call or WhatsApp as soon as
possible.
Changes may be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once dispatched, no modifications can be made.

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Lighting during photography
- Screen resolution differences
- Fabric texture
Such minor variations are not considered defects.

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging with tags intact
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the item is confirmed defective after inspection.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear pictures of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review and guide you further.
All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restriction from future COD services.
Courier charges are non-refundable for refused deliveries.
